This course is crafted to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge to design efficient and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces. It covers everything from foundational principles to practical applications, ensuring students are ready to create modern kitchen environments.

Overview
The course begins with an introduction to modular kitchens, focusing on elements and principles, composition, and planning. Students will learn how to develop mood and ambiance, create different kitchen styles, and select appropriate materials, including wall treatments and hardware.
The curriculum also covers spatial planning, defining layouts, selecting and planning modules, furniture and accessories selection, and lighting design. Practical exposure is provided through visits to modular kitchen dealers and presentations.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of this course can pursue careers as kitchen designers, interior designers specializing in kitchen spaces, consultants for modular kitchen companies, or sales and design professionals for kitchen appliance and hardware retailers.
